Jamie xx has a history of remixing The xx tracks and he's continued it by taking on I See You single On Hold.
He stripped the euphoric original bare and replaced it with disjointed vocal samples and a pulsating beat that sounds like it would've been at home on his solo record In Colour.
It's a pretty glorious moment and allows us once again to see The xx in a totally different light. This is truly the record that keeps giving.
