Only a short few weeks since dropping his last track, titled Dec. 99th - N.A.W, one of hip-hop’s singly most talented acts Yasiin Bey (formerly known as Mos Def) drops a new track with Dec. 99th - Tall Sleeves.
A groovy number, with ominous undertones, heightened further by Bey’s garbled, mumbled vocals and his talents as a truly intelligent and unique lyricist, Dec. 99th - Tall Sleeves is a tremendous addition to the artist’s glowing catalogue. One also hopes that it is another good indication of what we can expect from Yasiin Bey’s next full length project - or even, given the artist's history, if we can expect a full length project.
Enjoy the latest track below, and keep all eyes peeled for information as to just what Dec.99th might mean.
