Caroline Polachek has given us plenty of different dimensions in the lead-up to her forthcoming album Pang and new drop Look At Me Now gives us yet another.
The whimsical, largely acoustic number taps into the most emotional pockets of her songwriting. It gradually flourishes into a sweeping moment with light orchestrals, drifting alongside that voice.
She wrote the song alongside Daniel Nigro who also worked on Door and So Hot You’re Hurting My Feelings. He co-produced it with Danny L. Harle who had a heavy hand on the album.
Pang is out on Friday.
