Liz has had a string of strong releases this year but BTR 2GTHR might be the most immediately impressive of them all.
The new drop was co-written with Kim Petras and heads straight for the world of euro pop with intergalactic synths and mind-boggling bass.
It's kitsch but it also hits you right in the heart, injecting a combination of ecstasy and melancholy.
The song was inspired by Liz and Petras digging through German DJs that the latter grew up with.
"The beginning of Scooter’s Nessaja was the main inspiration for the vibe of the track, and then we added in a more modern urban section to break the beat up the beat," Liz said about it.
Any song inspired by Scooter is a winner for us.
