Let Banks Hypnotise You With Her New Track 'Gemini Feed'

With this year offering a rife of quality pop tones, the genre still wouldn't be at peace without the alternatively dark sounds that songstress Banks brings. Today the Cali-born singer has released her second single of the year titled Gemini Feed and it offers those signature alt-pop sounds that shined through her debut album Goddess.

From the slow pulsating synth, to the sassy anger she voices ("And to think you would get me to the altar / Like I follow you around like a dog that needs water"), the track says, "Don't cross Banks".

Gemini Feed is a signature dark-alt pop throwback to 2014 premiered over on Annie Mac's BBC Radio 1 Show. Following the premiere she gave Mac a short interview about how Gemini Feed came about saying, “It feels surreal having people hear one of my children that I’ve been working on. I just had so much to write about, this album for me is really kind of like a metamorphoses of me coming into my own.”

Gemini Feed is the second track of Banks' forthcoming sophomore album which is titled THE ALTAR
