Without even knowing who the artist is you'd probably guess that this track Cool My Rush has been born out of Scandinavia. If you did guess that, you're right but, to be fair, knowing who the artist is wouldn't have helped you because this is her debut single.
Shouts to ProjectU who have pointed us in the direction of 18 year-old Helsinki-based popstar-in-waiting Kiara Nelson. Cool My Rush is an attitude-brushed, confident debut that positions her somewhere in between Anne-Marie and Dua Lipa.
It's an incredible track to come out of the gates with and should guarantee that she drops onto the radar of more than just a few pop connoisseurs.
