We've been waiting for this one since, well, since Lonerism but now we finally have Tame Impala's third album Currents. With frontman Kevin Parker firmly in the driver's seat, he's crafted a psychedelic, warped disco-pop record that extends and challenges the band's original sound. We've already heard four great cuts from it but as one listen of the full thing will tell you - there's plenty more where that came from. Yes, I'm Changing, for one, is Parker's greatest victory as a songwriter. In fact, Currents could be defined by that song title. Tame Impala are changing but it's a beautiful evolution.
